Referrals

We welcome referrals for orthodontic treatment, OPGs and for tooth whitening services. Please be aware that this is a private referral form and any NHS referrals still need to be sent through the REGO system.

Once we receive your referral we shall aim to contact the patient as soon as possible and we shall keep you informed of their assessment and any further treatment they require.
